Nilkanth dham swaminarayan Temple, Poicha Gujarat
Location:
Temple is located in Poicha village on the bank of river Narmada. I was in Vadodara and planned to visit a Nilkanthham with my brother. So Poicha is approx 70 kms from Vadodara. One of the best thing I loved about Gujarat was their highways road, Its a delight to a person who loves driving and also to who doesn't, and that's the reason they have high cost tolls. One can easily reach to Poicha through google map navigation as there were not too many turns on way.
Parking and entry fees:
We gave rupees 30 for car parking, if you have bike you only have to pay rupees 20. Parking area is huge.
Temple campus:
As we reached campus on the left side I saw public toilet which was very clean and well maintained. Moving forward we saw big canteen where meals and fast food stall were open which was not so crowded, you have to buy a token from token counter then buy food items. Table systems are available in canteen, Free water supply.
By seeing all these sculptures I thought I'm inside kingdom of early age which we usually see in TV or reads in books. Temple was surrounded by art works which were describing lord Krishna leela and some statues were of Lord Ram, Shiva, Brahma dev. Front side of whole temple was decorated with big statues of gods. We reached temple at 1.30 PM, as we didn't knew about the darshan timings, so we had to wait for gate opening but it was easy for us to wait because there was so much to see every sculpture was telling a story. Apart from those sculpture there were shops of religious books, scenery etc.
As you can see in above image besides temple there is garden where many Radhe-Krishna sculptures are decorated. actually this garden is telling the story of lord Krishna leela. Most beautiful part of whole campus.
This Huge Natraja performing statue is in front of gate of temple entrance, and as in photo you can see gate itself is so big and look at its art work, I can assure you all this will give you a feeling of kingdom.
Now Just look at the scenes such a huge infrastructure, beautiful design, art work. Only thing I missed here was wheelchair accessibility as you can see in above pic.
Every corner, roof ,wall is beautifully decorated.

Darshan Time:
Morning : 5:15 AM--12:00 PM
Afternoon: 3:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Although I visited at day time but I have seen some pics of evening time temple looks stunning with lighting decoration, I would recommend you to reach temple campus around 5-6 PM .
Inside Temple:
You might be having a thought pool inside temple, yes temple is in between pool such brilliant piece of art work.
Not only a pool they made a statues in pool also.
Every corner, roof ,wall is beautifully decorated.
